The Home2Home Program was specifically created to help homeowners who are going through financial hardship but still have some income. The challenge is that their current income is no longer enough to cover their mortgage payments. That’s where Home2Home comes in.

How Does It Work?

Property Reassignment:

If a family can no longer afford a $5000 mortgage but can manage a $3000 payment, we move them into a property with a $3000 payment.
Another family who cannot afford the $3000 payment but can pay $1500 is moved into a property with a $1500 payment.
Finally, if a family cannot afford even the $1500, they are moved into a rental unit, and the program covers three months of rent upfront to give them time to get back on their feet.

Program Benefits:

No family is left without a home.
Participants maintain their credit score.
They remain property owners, just in a home with a payment they can afford.
The system is self-sustaining, with each relocation helping another family in need.
